PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

A project coordinator is responsible for helping with many of the duties surrounding Project Management activities. This role assumes handling the administrative functions of projects and programs.
 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
 
- Project support of recruitment pipeline, such as preparing a CV for the clients, making sure that all participants have come to the interview, and feedback is provided according to SLAs etc;
- Control of time logs, making sure that the team has submitted time logs in accordance with company/project policies or rules on time;
- Preparing reports on project performance and approving it with management;
- Make sure that documentation is up to date on the project processes where the coordinator is involved;
- Escalate blocking points that stop the processes or delay it;
- Help with project onboarding;
- Other coordination activities.
 

IF YOU ARE

- 1+ year work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc;
- Solid organization, analytical and time-management skills;
- Well-organized, highly motivated, and able to work effectively on multiple tasks and priorities at once;
- Demonstrates the initiative to suggest improvements or innovations on assigned tasks;
- Knowledge of project management software (Jira/Confluence or relevant systems);
- Microsoft Office and Google Docs packages;
- English level - B2 (upper-intermediate) or higher.
