PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

This platform offers a range of tools designed to help accounting firms manage tasks more efficiently. Features include managing engagement letters, collecting data, tracking workflows, handling e-signatures, e-filing, and providing client portals. By integrating these functions into one interface, the platform aims to enhance productivity and improve both client and employee experiences by minimizing the need for multiple systems.
 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- The main responsibility is to provide the team with requirements gathered directly from the Product Owner (POs) and/or stakeholders;
- Manage product and sprint backlogs;
- Document requirements;
- Clarify acceptance criteria with the Product Owner (PO);
- Prepare user stories for refinement and planning; conduct backlog refinement sessions;
- Collaborate with the design team on designs;
- Build testing scenarios with the QA team;
- Work on upcoming features for future releases;
- Support the Dev and QA teams by communicating all functionality-related details;
- Capture all potential requirements, adjustments, and feedback from different channels in consolidated places (backlog, Confluence, etc.).


IF YOU HAVE: 

- 3+ years of experience;
- Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques;
- Good communication skills;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies;
- Experience with task tracking and wiki tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
