IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL;
  • Analyze the current legacy CRE Ratings platform, documenting existing architecture, workflows, and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and capture both business and technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver enhancements to the ratings system, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Conduct a holistic end-to-end (E2E) review of the platform, including performance, security, code quality, and data architecture.
  • Propose and design the future-state architecture, incorporating best practices and a modernization roadmap tailored to business needs.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams (product, QA, data, infrastructure) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of platform goals.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions as needed.
  • Produce clear and actionable documentation to support technical decision-making and gain senior leadership buy-in.

If You Have;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or in similar roles within enterprise technology environments.
  • Expertise in software architecture, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and legacy system modernization.
  • Experience in reviewing and modernizing legacy systems built with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks.
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering enhancements to business-critical platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently and in distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with CRE, financial ratings, or property management platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legacy and modern technology stacks.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
  • A strong background in performance optimization and scalable design.
