Python Tech/Team Lead Engineer
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Managing all technical processes, communicating with involved people inside and outside the team;
- Build & Design efficient, secure, and reusable systems and abstractions;
- Design and develop key engineering components that align with leading edge technology roadmap;
- Strong proponent and advocate for best-in-class CI/CD process;
- Code review and apply automated tests;
- Participation in the Agile Product Development Life Cycle;
- Work with the development community to ensure we build sustainable digital product;
- Ensuring efficient delivery of a scrum team.
IF YOU HAVE:
- 6+ years of professional experience building advanced solutions with Python;
- 2+ years of leading experience would be needed;
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles in system design, scalability;
- Passion for technology and ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly;
- Experience building RESTful Web API;
- Experience deploying / managing applications in AWS including CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
- Experience in collaboration with ML engineers to integrate AI/ML logic into the Python backend (nice to have);
- Experience with projects with Mobile native development (nice to have).
