PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client empowers organizations with large, complex IT environments to gain visibility across their entire digital estate, enabling them to achieve more with less. For too long, IT teams have struggled to comprehend what’s happening within their opaque infrastructure—where costly inefficiencies, subpar employee experiences, and unresolved issues lurk. Only our client’s tool provides comprehensive visibility, allowing stakeholders to uncover hidden problems, identify optimal solutions, and realize substantial savings. 
 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL 

- Develop and integrate AI features into the existing chat application; 

- Utilize OpenAI APIs and frameworks such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel to deliver AI-driven solutions;

- Design and implement efficient RAG workflows; 

- Create agentic AI applications using frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and similar tools;

- Work with Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry to enhance data retrieval and integration;

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration with the existing technology stack. 
 

IF YOU HAVE

- Proven hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and frameworks for AI-driven application development (e.g., LangChain, LLamaIndex, Semantic Kernel);

- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic search, and vector database technologies (Azure AI Search preferred);

- Experience with frameworks for building agentic AI applications (e.g., Autogen, LangGraph);

- Solid understanding and experience in Prompt Engineering;

- Experience with cloud GenAI services (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry - Azure preferred);

- Experience with .NET or Python.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
