PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client's innovative team is in search of a Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong grasp of technical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a deeply ingrained growth mindset. This pivotal role is designed to push the boundaries of what’s possible, leading project development efforts, and guiding junior team members towards excellence. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in our operations, concentrating on hands-on technical leadership within specific projects.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

- Take the lead on complex engineering projects, from conception through to delivery, ensuring they are completed with high quality and innovative solutions;
- Demonstrate expert knowledge and practical application of Typescript, JavaScript, Jest, Selenium, React, Redux, REST, Azure Functions, APIM, AFD, Azure Topics, Azure Queues, ADO + Pipelines, and integrating with Legacy Systems as needed to deliver business value;
- Maintain communication via Teams and regular standups;
- Mentor Intermediate and Associate Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team;
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and technologies to enhance product development and team efficiency;
- Maintain open and effective communication, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and technical requirements within the team and across the organization;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new and creative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

IF YOU ARE

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, demonstrating a progression of technical complexity and leadership responsibilities;
- Experience with ASP.NET Core and C#, experience with Web API and REST;
- Strong experience in GraphQL + HotChocolate on .NET and EF6+;
- Exhibit strong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, React + Redux;
- Strong Azure experience;
- Proven track record of leading development projects with successful outcomes;
- Strong foundational knowledge in software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle challenges with innovative solutions;
- Exemplary communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences;
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth, with a history of collaboration that drives business outcomes.

PREFERRABLE

- Knowledge in Python and AWS/GCP will also be considered;
- Databricks experience is a plus;
- Possess an innate ability to navigate complex engineering challenges while maintaining a focus on the team’s growth and communication;
- Are motivated by a desire to guide and develop less experienced engineers, creating an innovative and cohesive team environment;
- Are eager to engage with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, contributing actively to the engineering community within and outside the organization.
