At Opinov8, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure everything stays on track. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a project, keeping processes flowing, and making sure no detail is overlooked.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and control time logs, ensuring the team submits them accurately and on schedule according to company/project policies.
  • Prepare performance reports and align them with management.
  • Keep all project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Identify and escalate any blockers that may impact timelines or processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members to projects.
  • Take part in various coordination and support activities to help the team succeed.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • (Preferred) Experience with the financial aspects of projects.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher.
