IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and reports;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals;
- Proactively identify areas of process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and outcomes;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and provide innovative ideas for integrating them into project processes;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity of objectives, expectations, and progress;
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving among team members.
- 4+ years of project management experience on medium and big-size projects with an average monthly workload;
- Solid knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process;
- Has broad knowledge about project management standards and practices, able to perform project manager's activities during Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing project phases;
- Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in business processes is preferrable;
- Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions for optimization and process improvement;
- Knowledge of Jira (or relevant systems) - able to configure workflows, access, board settings;
- Agile related certifications or training - preferred.
