ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking an experienced Senior Cloud (DevOps) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure, while also leveraging best practices across multiple cloud environments. You'll optimize existing platforms, drive best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and provide innovative solutions.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL 

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure;
• Build and optimize both new and existing cloud platforms;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices and frameworks;
• Lead and execute CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization;
• Conduct technical interviews for DevOps engineering candidates;
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers;
• Collaborate directly with clients to analyze technical requirements and deliver solutions;
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and DevOps practices;
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance automation and efficiency.

IF YOU HAVE 

• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture;
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep);
• Proven track record of building and optimizing cloud infrastructure from scratch and enhancing existing platforms;
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Proficiency with a wide range of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
• Experience with Python;
• Experience with databases;
• Knowledge of ETL;
• Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Leadership and mentoring experience;
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal);
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

NICE TO HAVE

• Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.);
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and multi-cloud strategies;
• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments;
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools;
• Interest in AI technologies and their application in DevOps workflows;
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing;
• Background in software development.
