ABOUT THE ROLE:
 

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Digital Solutions & Delivery to oversee end-to-end client engagements, from pre-sales and solution design to project execution and delivery excellence. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning business needs with scalable technology solutions, ensuring high-quality project execution, and enabling strong commercial outcomes. You will report directly to the co-CEOs and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Architecture, and Project Management. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 

- Lead the solution design process in collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Architects; 

- Oversee estimation, SoW (Statement of Work) creation, and ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities;

- Own execution of all in-flight client projects from kickoff to closure; 

- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, BAs, and solution leads; ensure correct application of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

- Act as the main point of escalation for delivery issues, delays, or scope changes;

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication;

- Provide structured delivery reporting to the SLT, including project status, risk tracking, and team utilization;

- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization. 
 

KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS:
 

- 90%+ of projects delivered on time and within budget;

- High Client Satisfaction Scores;

- Low rate of unresolved critical risks or scope creep;

- Strong team utilization and project margin performance;

- Active contribution to internal process improvements and delivery innovation. 
 

ABOUT YOU: 
 

- 8+ years of experience in project/delivery management or technical leadership roles;

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance;

- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level reporting;

- Technical background or experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development is a plus; 

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
