You’ll work with scalable, enterprise level software solutions that empower broadcasters to manage, invoice, and report on their business.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Develop and test new features for the product based on internal and external requests;
- Improve current architecture and design to increase performance;
- Partner with product management, QA, and documentation to deliver high quality, complete software releases;
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain and improve the product to meet current customer and project needs.
- 5+ years of experience in overall software development with at least 3+ years in Delphi (10 and up);
- SQL experience is required;
- Working knowledge of object-oriented design and object-oriented analysis;
- Experience with N-Tier architecture is highly preferred;
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, Mercurial;
- Good algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns to both new and existing code;
- Willingness to thoroughly test and debug complex code that you, or others, may write;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
